The confusion in current real estate and credit markets has created compelling investment opportunities. Gateway Capital Partners investment strategy is focused on fundamental valuation and market analysis. We focus on acquiring quality assets at substantial discounts to replacement cost.


Our investments include, but are not limited to, non-performing and performing real estate debt, distressed commercial property, mezzanine debt, partnership interests, and interests in public or private real estate investment trusts, pooled funds or other real estate-related companies. 

 

The strategy may also provide liquidity to recapitalizations and may invest in distressed situations that allow for turnaround opportunities.
